In Jan. we moved Biff's Mom into an assisted living home that's very close to us so she could get the extra help we were not able to give her as we both had to work. She's settled in nicely and we finally have her house cleaned out and fixed up so we can sell it. Biff's sister Kitturah is now living with us and she is so happy to have her own room and attached bath. She is back to work on Fri. at Magill's restaurant, she rolls silverware for 3 hrs. a day. Eventually she'll be there Mon. and Wed. too. She also goes to the ARC and does activities there. Once a week she goes and visits with her Mom and has lunch with her. So we've been really busy!
There's been lots of Birthday parties at our house as we are the only ones who have room for the parties. In Jan Kelly had one for Ki who turned 6. Sandy and Sean had us all come to Othello for Jack's party, he's 2. Then Cait had Kaden's party here, he's 4. Then Gage turned 3, he's Matts and Renee's. Then in March Kelly's oldest Peyton had his 8th birthday, he will be baptized on Sat. in our church. Wow they grow up so fast! Then we had Kitturah's birthday Sun. She tells everyone she's 38(she's 48).
It's been really cold in our state this year, and we are finally getting into the 50's this last week, we actually felt sunshine last week. So we're ready for spring!
Ian is still serving in the Tempe , AZ mission and doing great. He had his first baptism last month and will be baptizing a family of four next month if he is not moved tomorrow as it's transfer day. It's already in the 90's and he said this summer could be tourture. But he loves his mission and the great people he's met.
We now have 3 grandbabies to be born in 09. Renee and Matt, a boy in June. Julianne and Eric, a ? in July(Julianne wants to be suprised!). And Kelly and Eric are excited to welcome a baby in Nov. So we could have 11 grandchildren by Nov. They are all such a Joy!
